Where will the UNITED 2024 conference activities be held?

What is appropriate attire for conference attendees?

  • Dress throughout the conference is business casual for all attendees.

Is this a joint conference?

  • UNITED is a joint conference hosted by NAESP and NASSP.

What are the dates and locations of future conferences?

  • July 11–14, 2025 in Seattle, WA.

What are the conference rates?

Rates are below:

  • Member rate (NAESP and NASSP members): $770
  • Nonmember rate: $1,029

Is there a non-educator guest registration?

  • No

Is there a Student Rate?

  • Yes. To receive this rate, the individual must provide a copy of their college student ID when registering. The rate is $435 per person.

Are there discounts for Groups?

  • Yes. Register four (4) full conference attendees and get the fifth full conference registration complimentary.

Group Registration Information

  • All members of the group must be registered at once to receive the fifth complimentary registration.
  • If you select the “pay by check” option, your registration is not considered complete until full payment is received.
  • If a member of the group cancels, the designated complimentary attendee will assume the full conference registration fee (member rate if they are a member or nonmember rate if they are not a member).
  • Only the group leader will be able to make changes and updates to each member of the group’s registration, other than demographic questions. For example, if a group member decides to change their pre-conference session choice, or wish to add or cancel a luncheon, the group leader must log in and make the adjustment to the group member’s registration.
  • Requests for cancelation (single person of group or entire group) must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (NAESP) or [email protected] (NASSP) by June 12, 2024.

Group Registration Instructions:

  • A group leader must begin the group registration process. The group leader does NOT need to attend the UNITED Conference.
  • The group leader should follow instructions on the registration pages:
    • Complete group leader’s information to create the group.
    • Designate a name for the group.
    • Begin adding members to the group. If you are the group leader and you wish to attend the conference, you must register yourself as an attendee in your group. The group leader is not considered an attendee until they are registered.
    • Each member of the group will receive an email with a link to complete only the demographic questions in their registration.

Can I bring a guest to just the Exhibit Hall?

  • Yes. Exhibit Hall daily passes may be purchased for $50 per day.

Are purchase orders accepted as payment for conference registration?

  • Purchase Orders are not accepted as a payment method for NASSP registration. Accepted payment methods are credit card and check. If you are registering as an NAESP registrant, you may use a P.O. as form of payment. All Purchase Orders must be paid in full on or before June 12, 2024, in order for attendees to receive their badges and conference materials onsite.

Does the registration fee include any meals?

  • No.

When will I receive registration materials, like my name badge and tickets?

  • At onsite registration in Nashville at the Music City Center.

If I select the check-to-follow option, when is payment due?

  • All checks must be received by June 12, 2024. After June 12, all online registrations must be paid with credit card.

What is the cancellation/substitution policy?

  • Requests for cancelation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (NAESP) or [email protected] (NASSP) by June 12, 2024. There is a $50 cancelation fee per registration. We allow cancelations until June 12, 2024. After June 12, no cancelations will be honored, only substitutions. Refunds will not be issued for no shows.

Is special assistance available?

  • Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NAESP and NASSP staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.
