Is this a joint conference?
- UNITED is a joint conference hosted by NAESP and NASSP.
When does the Call for Proposals process open and close?
- The Call for Proposals opens on July 29, 2024 and closes on October 18, 2024.

What are the conference rates?

Is there a printable registration form?
- No. All registrations must be completed online
What does my conference registration include?

Is there a non-educator guest registration?
- No
Is there a Student Rate?
- Yes. To receive this rate, the individual must provide a copy of their college student ID when registering. The rate is $491 per person.
Are there discounts for Groups?
- No.
Can I bring a guest to just the Exhibit Hall?
- Yes. Exhibit Hall daily passes may be purchased for $50 per day.
Are purchase orders accepted as payment for conference registration?
- Purchase Orders are not accepted as a payment method for NASSP registration. Accepted payment methods are credit card and check. If you are registering as an NAESP registrant, you may use a P.O. as form of payment. All Purchase Orders must be paid in full on or before June 10, 2025, in order for attendees to receive their badges and conference materials onsite.
Does the registration fee include any meals?
- No, the registration fee for the conference does not include meals. However, if you are invited to a reception or serve on a committee, a meal could be provided. We recommend that registrants check the specific details of the conference schedule and any invitations you receive, as they may include information on additional meals.
When will I receive registration materials, like my name badge and tickets?
- At onsite registration in Seattle at the Seattle Convention Center – Arch Center

If I select the check-to-follow option, when is payment due?
- All checks must be received by June 10, 2025. After June 10, all online registrations must be paid with credit card.
What is the cancellation/substitution policy?
- For NASSP: Requests for cancelation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (NASSP) by June 10, 2025. There is a $100 cancelation fee per registration. We allow cancelations until June 10, 2025. After June 10, no cancelations will be honored, only substitutions. Refunds will not be issued for no shows.
- For NAESP: Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to NAESP at this email: [email protected]. All cancellations received between May 1 – June 10, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations received between June 11 – June 27, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. lf paid by P.O., the P.O. processing fee will not be refunded if the registration is canceled. Cancellation requests received starting June 28th, 2025 will not be refunded. Registrations are transferable without penalty should you need to cancel. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Badge sharing is prohibited. Substitutions or name changes will be honored for those wishing to be replaced by another representative from the same school or school district. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter.
Is special assistance available?
- Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NAESP and NASSP staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.
When are the attendee and exhibitor registration hours?
- Check the UNITED event website for the most accurate and up-to-date information on registration hours.
